Limited edition artworks with certificate of authenticity.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>With a surface area of 203 km\u00b2 and a population density of approximately 15,000 inhabitants per km\u00b2, the <a href=\"https:\/\/turismo.buenosaires.gob.ar\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">city of Buenos Aires<\/a> is undoubtedly one of the main capitals of Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>Its high population density and the daily traffic of people entering and leaving the city have forced the construction of several highways, which connect strategic arteries between the city and the province of Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of these concrete masses began in the 1980&#8217;s during Argentina&#8217;s last military dictatorship. Successive governments carried out expansions over the decades, which often implied excessive budgets and unclear concessions with the construction companies.<\/p>\n<p>The latest extensions of the 25 de Mayo Highway, located to the south of the city, have caused several accidents after its reopening.
