A small island at the Morro de Sao Paulo
Description
Aerial nature photography of a small island at the Morro de Sao Pablo, printed on Hahnemühle high quality paper in large size. All my limited edition artworks of aerial landscape photography come with certificate of authenticity.
Morro de San Pablo is located only 60 km from San Salvador de Bahia, and is part of an archipelago of six islands, only three of which are inhabited.
This paradisiacal bay of transparent waters and white sand has a small airport for small planes, but within it there is no possibility of driving a car, so absolutely all the tour must be done on foot.
In its interior there are still old constructions dating from the XVII and XVIII centuries, some of them already covered by vegetation.
The rocky ends of the bay meet the wild sea and together they draw edges of white foam that can only be seen from the sky.
You are invited to visit my section “Aerial landscapes” to see other similar works.
